I changed the batteries on mine and now it doesn’t work i can hear the long beep but the keypad doesn’t work or make a sound at all, I tried to reset it but that does work either

Mine doesn't allow me to add the #10 and then I get stuck. Will have to throw this thing out I guess

After doing factory reset, it does the unlock/lock cycle like you mention in the video, and it keeps doing it every time I try to program it. What do you suggest do?

Frustrating. Looking at all of these comments, this is definitely not working for most people and it did not work for me. I will try to find a link for the correct method and post here. I am not getting the long beeps on the long hold of the reset button and it’s not allowing me to change the admin code

Where did you get this information? I have nothing in hubspace or instructions that came with the deadbolt

To set a 3rd and 4th code do you... reset button, admin code-lock, ?? (10 or what)-lock then new code-lock???? Its not excepting it.

Ok help so I type in the code it locks but it beeps and gives me a red light when I type in the code to unlock
