I do prefer the 1st option usually when cooking steaks, since I do like having steaks rare or going towards medium-rare. Still, even if it turns out medium all is well, I mean who doesn't appreciate steak <3? P.S. don't worry Akis you're supposed to get messy when eating burger or steak sandwich haha.

I'm guessing per the title of this video and watching it.... it meant "Philadelphia Cream Cheese and sliced steak sandwich", not "Philly cheesesteak" LOL.
