UFO's Strangers In The Night is a great double album and also a great live album. Absolutely the best versions of Doctor Doctor and Only You Can Rock Me included on this set.

Ten double masterpieces- your list prompted to revisit many of them. My list is similar, only exception is I would replace Tusk ( though appreciate your enthusiasm about that album) with XTC English Settlement. PS- Great to have you posting again on our favorite topic, quality music!

Nice list, Brian, although Blonde on Blonde would be my #1. I'm a huge Beatles fan ( since Ed Sullivan ), but I've never been a big fan of the White Album, but that's personal taste. I think Cream's Wheels of Fire would have made my list. I've never liked Fleetwood Mac, so that would be my choice instead. Thanks for another great, interesting video.

Great concept as well. Hard to argue with your choices as they are all classic albums. I would probably add The Who’s Tommy and Quadrophenia, the Clash’s London Calling and maybe ELO’s Out of the Blue as well. Thanks for posting!

While there are many studio double albums I really like, to me there's just one that I consider "perfect": "The Chicago Transit Authority". It ticks three boxes for me: best studio double album, one of my top three debut albums and one of my top four debut songs opening it.

Choices are far more diverse for me regarding live albums, since I'm a huge fan of them. Actually, a single-LP live album always leaves a feel of "incompleteness" on me. Having said that, my top two live double albums are Kiss' "Alive!" and Thin Lizzy's "Live And Dangerous".

Great list! I’m surprised The Wall didn’t make the cut. I think exile is the stones best album. And I’m not sure if you’re into hip hop but 2pac’s All Eyez on Me and Biggie’s Life After Death are also awesome double records.

I'd have the Bee Gees' "Odessa" in there someplace. It's the apotheosis of their Baroque Pop Beatleseque Period with lots of great songs, and very well recorded.
