Coronavirus: what are Boris Johnson's new lockdown rules?

Boris Johnson's address to the nation on Sunday about the new coronavirus lockdown measures sparked confusion in England. On Monday, speaking in the house of commons, Johnson delivered a 60-page document clarifying the new rules put in place to ease the UK out of lockdown and to limit the damage caused by covid-19. I can only meet one friend or relative in an open space(park or garden)using social distancing, but I'm allowed to cram on a train with 20 commuter strangers to get to work???

It's alright telling people to go back to work are they all going back to work I'll tell you what Mr Johnson when you all go back in the house of commons and we see that your all safe then we'll go back and let our kids go back to school I don't see why our children should be shoved back at school in the front line while you lot all work from home on your computers

His speach really wasn't that hard to understand, everyone saying it's confusing are getting mixed up with understanding and not agreeing.
I may not agree with it all, but it's easy to understand what he was saying if you actually listened. Damn..

Funnily enough I watched his speech on Sunday, became bored wondering when he might get to the bloody point and turned it off a third of the way through figuring I would catch up later. So thank you The Guardian for making the points I tuned in for in a lot less time.

I do not feel comfortable sending my 5 year old to school to reception and keeping my other son at home. I have no other option other then a 1 hour travel to school that's 8 buses a day using public transport. I would rather be around my infant personally to wash his hands and monitor him. The amount of children who chew on pencils or share toys and books, play football etc I mean how are they going to teach kids social distancing? Germs spread rapidly. People are wary touching trolley handles these days let alone schools and gatherings. I disagree with opening up of schools it's too soon, especially infants there vulnerable they need to stay home. Home study and online education is just as effective with determination and the correct guidance it can be done.

This interpretation is wrong, you cannot meet "persons" from another household, you can only meet "a person" from another household.

Why has there been no mention of sixth forms and colleges throughout it all?

Looking at the previous regulations, I still can't see what's changed - other than the warning that we might need to go back to the old version?
