The ultimate Halloween pie 😍 #easyrecipe #halloween

*Ingredients*
For the base:
350g Oreos
125g melted unsalted butter
250g thick salted caramel sauce, melted until runny

For the topping:
230g dark chocolate
280ml double cream

For the spiderweb:
40g white chocolate
2tbsp double cream

1) Finely crush the Oreos using a food processor or a bag and rolling pin.

2) Pour the crushed Oreos into a bowl and mix with the melted butter until combined.

3) Scoop the mix into a 9" pie dish and press it down firmly, making a lip around the edge.

4) Pour the salted caramel sauce onto the base and smooth it out.

5) Put it in the fridge while you make the topping.

6) For the topping, melt the dark chocolate and double cream together in the microwave (500W) for 1 minute 20 seconds, stirring gently until smooth.

7) For the spiderweb, melt the white chocolate and double cream together in the microwave (500W) for 30 seconds, stirring gently until smooth.

8) Pour the dark chocolate over your base.

9) Put the spiderweb mix into a piping bag and pipe on a spiral, starting from the middle.

10) Drag a skewer from the middle of the spiderweb to the edge, making it look like a spiderweb.

11) Refrigerate for 4 hours minimum, or until set.

12) Enjoy!
