How To Fix Black Ops 3 BLACK SCREEN Glitch When Opening (PC)

Quick tutorial on how to fix the black screen glitch when opening Call of Duty Black Ops 3. Really annoying bug but hopefully any of these 3 fixes in this video can help anyone that might have this and stumbles on this video in the future.

another reason is if you have a facecam plugged in, if you unplug it it will fix the safe mode

this makes no actual sense to me, but indeed, unplugging the speakers + the two usb headsets worked for some weird reason.
