Can't believe a 11 hour course video about statistics is for free??? Thankyou so much for this

I completed the course this week on the 31st, March, 2021, after 3 months hard work.
Though it's a little pity that there's not a supplement ebook for the lectures, it's a great course on statistics, which I compare as precision shooting. So happy I get the hang of this art with the help of the video course.
In order to consolidate the precious knowlege learnt in the course, I'm replaying all the concepts learnt here by following a course lectured by Dr. James Abdey from University of London on Coursera, which I compare to climbing to the top of the mountain by another route.
Get on the top guys, the feeling is fabulous.

I've learned stats during my time in highschool and chemical engineering school, but it seems boring and hard to learn for me. Thanks to this lecture, stats become more familiar to me and sparks in me. Many thanks for your contribution!

CDF = F(x) = shaded area = 1 - non-shaded area =
1 - (width of non-shaded rectange)*(height of non-shaded rectangle) =
1 - (b-x)*1/(b-a) =
(b - a - b + x) /(b - a) =
(x - a) / (b - a)

Thanks and it's amazing that your department can put the entire course on YouTube. Thanks. I have seen the same course in undergrad and graduate and it's a core of business. I still read business subjects.

For young people who may miss the reference: Every town used to have a book which was sent to each household, government office and business for free if you had a telephone. The book included an alphabetical listing of every household, government and business phone in the town. This is a phone book. Home phones were listed in white pages, business phones were listed in yellow pages, and government phones were listed in blue pages. When we wanted to find a phone number we "Let our fingers do the walking ". The book also included maps, zips codes, area codes, time codes, emergency tips and other useful information. If you wanted your number to be private, you had to pay a fee. You could also pay extra to have your name in bold letters.

Descriptive stat tells about the present scenario.
Inferential stat tells what it thinks in the future "hypothesis"
