When I was a kid I used to hold my hands against my ears to get this sound, and it always made me feel better

It made my eyes stop hurting so much from the lights and calmed my anxiety for that moment...I go to sleep with pink noise and thunderstorms alot..I'm going to try this one tonight...I cant get enough of it..its very peaceful nd relaxing ...thanks!

It lowered my heart rate, made me stop clenching my jaw, & made my body feel kinda heavy (but in a calming way). I think BROWN noise might work better for me, though. I used to binaural beats, but sometimes I forget to charge my headphones. LOL!

It reminds of the sound inside an airplane, too. I like flying with an airplane, but it makes my tears run, my heart beat is a lot faster and It makes me my feelings change to negative ones. Sorry but thanks for the idea. I'm 42, not diagnosed yet with adhd, but both my boys are(7and 12 years) and they're my mirrors emotionally and personality wise. So I have to get the diagnosis to get the right medications. I am sure I have ADHD since I'm a child and have tried 2 different anti depressants and othe medications for my migraine. But I'm sure once I'm on ADHD medication I will have myself and my life more in balance.
Greetings from Germany. ❤❤❤❤❤

Makes me think I’m on a 16 hour flight to Europe. This is what it sounds like in an Airbus A380.

It does absolutely nothing for me. I'm an outsider among even the outsiders.
