So basically the The simple answer is, the Etruscans came from present day turkey/anatolia but were also a mix of indigenous pre Italian peoples already on the peninsula?

There is no Sub-Saharan influence at all, the outliers that aren't North European-influenced have clearly North African ancestry.

British/ Welsh historians Alan Wilson and Baram Blackett have always claimed to be able to read Etruscan easily because of similarities with Welsh. They even offered their services to a cew universities but never heard back from anyone.

This doesn't directly undercut the worth of your article, but you might want a different thumbnail. The Etruscan sarcophagus acquired by Castellani 1873 is now generally thought to be a forgery made by the Pinelli brothers. Unfortunately, it seems that the Pinelli brothers decided that fabricating really nice artifacts was far more lucrative than meticulously reconstructing originals. Quite a mess.

I rarely see anything besides dark hair and brown/occasionally hazel eyes in southern Italy and Sicily.

I thought this was about Etruscans, the Rasenna, not the Romans. Rome was a population sink, more people died there than were born there, so the presence of a bunch of Anatolian Greek speakers, the odd Berber or sub Saharan African really did not have much effect. After Rome went into decline, population growth came from the provinces. I am sure in a thousand years time people digging up human remains in Britain will find lots of sub Saharan, South Asian and other non European people in their 1000 year old Britain.

To understand how a language is preserved while the gene pool is transformed is the process of Pharaonic dynasties. In order to achieve legitimacy over other claimants a Pharaoh would inbreed with children of the previous king, this would give the Pharaoh double legitimacy over cousins. In a dynasty this process would continue and the Pharaoh's family would deteriorate genetically from the inbreeding, the bastard royals/aristocracy who're all spawned from the Pharoah and also inbred, but less so, would see the dynasty collapsing and then take over and repeat the process, a constant rising and falling. The EEF peoples also inbred for this reason, when a fresher healthier genetic mix is added as in the steppe peoples arriving in Etruria, they replaced a decaying hegemony of ever increasing entropy. The same process occurred in the British Isles and probably in the Basque region. The new arrivals in Etruria would've been small and mixed with the lowest ranks but due to their healthier genes slowly out bred an ascending entropy of endogamy.

Mario Alinei says that the Etruscans came from the same lineage as the ancestors of the Turks. He is still a highly placed professor in Italy. What do you say about this idea?

So, we are just to kick the CHG- and EHG- components out of the equation and add some spicy Anatolian farmers (instead of the mentioned) and that's it: cosy and nice Etruscans a'la carte instead of those harsh and sweaty Yamna-dominators. Probably, N.Marr wasn't so wrong with his "unter-Japhetic" views on the Etruscan?

😂Raseni(endonym) not Etrursc (exonym)
Rasi, Rasci, Račani, Rašani, Raci (Ungarn's name for Serbs) , all this etnonym are for Serbs in the middle ages😂
