Every information that stated was true except that the burial site was not opened till now due to huge amount of mercury and traps that are dangerous to human being.

The view that there were batches of workers working on the terracotta warriors and killed progressively did not make sense. These must be highly skilled workers, trained, professionals, to produce such life like figures and applying the same techniques, materials, specifications etc etc. The project took years and some could be expected to die while working in the project.
Frequent changes of unskilled workers would not be able to complete such a uniform piece of art with great refinements. Each piece took a long time to create, with great planning, coordination and execution, with very fine details.
The whole piece of work could not be done by unskilled and careless part time workers, used and killed, but by very skilled and dedicated artisans. There were a lot of continuities and uniformity, not mismatches, impromptu figures made haphazardly. The craftsmen must have put in a lot of care and effort to create such pieces of art. People fearing for their lives, starved, hungry, waiting to be executed would not put in such effort to have such fine results that lasted centuries.
The narrator was irresponsible and silly in many ways to suggest genocide and cruelties, pain and suffering, tortures etc etc totally incoherent to produce such a great piece of work.
