I feel like I don't understand how someone who thinks big would think less about challenges than others? Or is it rather that being realistic is not a bold decision or mindset to have thus the only option is thinking less about challenges?

But in actuality, most their employees don’t apply these so called leadership principles and instead choose tribalism and nepotism to do pretty much many things

The real challenge is knowing HOW to apply those leadership principles to those questions (and when to do so in the workplace). That actually takes some skill.

Instructing is one thing. However, applying is another. Thanks for the informative video!
