Question... Urea is ammonium cyanate. Which means that it has cyanide in it. I have been studying B Vitamins because one reason certain people give for outlawing Vitamin B17 in the United States, is that it has cyanide (and therefore they claim it is poisonous to humans). However, all B Vitamins have cyanide, so that is a ridiculous presumption. When I found out urea has cyanide, I wondered if B Vitamins are involved in the formation of urea and if that is where the cyanide in urea comes from. If not from B Vitamins, then I want to know from where they come from? Especially since B Vitamins are needed for many uses in the body and urea is excreted by the body every day. Thank you.

Great appreciation! That is very well explained. Just one question is excess amino acid converted to glycogen and urea or excess amino acid is converted to glycogen to be used in respiration.
