I love me a good stairmaster circuit. It's one of my favorite forms of cardio because it burns so many calories & leaves me feeling good. 🤩 This circuit is challenging, but doable.

Make sure to adjust the settings for your level of fitness but definitely make sure to challenge yourself with this one. It's not easy but it's worth it! 💯

I been watching this to warm up the first 20 minutes.. it’s taken me 2 months to master without touching the rails or lowering the levels to keep up .. finally done ! It’s a staple in my workout now thank you !!!!

First time to run a stairmaster session in months. This was so great. I mean, I had a pretty miserable time, and I’m clearly out of shape, but your sunshine and words of encouragement made this tolerable and, dare I say, even a tad enjoyable.

I did 94 floors in 15 mins. Love this machine. A true indicator of your lung capacity

I’ve now become a pro at the stair master. When I first started I could hardly do 10 minutes at level 7. Now I keep up with you and even add an extra 10 minutes. Plus I don’t hang to to the handle bars unless doing side steps. Let’s get it! I’ve lost mad weight and I love it💪🏾🥵👍🏾😊

30 minutes today cos I had to rush. It was short and spicy . I was sweating bullets 🌶️🥵

Man the stair master ain't no joke but definitely worth it when it comes to cardio i tried it for the first time today with a speed between 8 to 10 for 35 minutes and I loved it for anyone looking to try it i say go for because it worth the experience and challenge

This workout is no joke, mentally pushing yourself and fighting through the pain is soo hard. Holding the railings is literally a luxury

I luv this work out. I started with 500 steps a day and continually add more until I reached 3000 steps and it’s difficult to add more. I do it in speed 12/15 it takes me 35 minutes. The best workout to target specific the lower abdomen area.
