Integrity, empathy, and trust are how to stand-out nowadays. Keeping your word is a must, though occasionally, there will sometimes be setbacks and mistakes, and you might lose a few clients, but it's definitely something to strive for. It also helps with marketing. People will share what they know they can trust. But really, Customer Lifetime Value is at least as important, if not more important, than the quantity of customers a person / business receives. Plus, those customers can bring in referrals, aka more (likely quality) customers, which means more money with less work put into marketing!
