Great video Joe. I bought a used one and then heard about floor rot and panicked. I went inside and poked my foot around like you did. I felt spots that had some give! I was not sure what to do so I ended up cutting the vinyl slicing it open. I found nothing but dry plywood and joints that had some give and some spots that felt softer (I assume between frame sections). I tore out all the carpet that was still covered in plastic in the storage bins and just went nuts- there was no rot. I was relieved. I ended up stapling the vinyl back and then laying LVT planks to fix my inspection. I just wanted to add this because I discovered nothing wrong and, I was in some circa 2015-2016 models that had the same slight "give" in the floor at a show. My suggestion is to distinguish the feel with a moisture gauge test. My floor has a bit more give now that the vinyl is open at seams underneath but at least I know what it is! Vinnie also sealed my rub rail seam so that helps. I have come to the conclusion that used is the way to go anymore. They have been used or tested by the owner. A new one has not.

I used to spray the seams on my camper with 3M waterproofing spray before the rainy season. It works great. Very rarely got a leak. And if it did develop one. It bought me time to tackle it on a weekend. I don't know how it would show up on bare aluminum.
