How to give Local Anaesthesia while suturing sir? We load syringe with lignocaine or Lignocaine + adrenaline? Any dilution with NS?? How to poke needle at injury site while suturing? Plz put one small video on that 🙏🙏🙏

Isnt that Aberdeen knot (when done like this) extremely traumatic for the tissue? Like you're pulling on the tissues so hard in all directions, why do it this way?

I’ve usually just tried gluing it shut. Being a single guy I’ve done some weird self care over the years. Like ice baths, it can take some getting use to performing surgery on yourself. I haven’t gone super deep, but I’ve gone deep enough. It’s intense.
