There are two ways to get your DWI dismissed. Either get the blood or breath results thrown out or show that they are not reliable. The most important things that you can do are request a hearing on your drivers license (ALR hearing) and hire an attorney who knows how to get you the best result in your case.

A $20, 000 lawer will say the same thing as a public defender (I have experience with both) with completely different results. Is the judge getting a piece of that $20, 000 somewhere along the way or what?

hmm my hearing was a year and 5 months after the incident, not once did my lawyer talk to me, my first time seeing him was in court.... he wanted me to take a deal of 18month probation, install an interlock in my car, take 3 classes, 80 HRS of community service and $1000 dollar fine... Yes this is my first dwi, and first time getting into trouble except traffic tickets. all because he said they said my bac was a .19 and the officer said I was going the wrong way but I got stopped as I was pulling through my apartment entrance.... my lawyer stated I got a great deal 💁🏾‍♀️

I was arrested for my first dui but taken to the hospital for blood draw which was .30 and breath was .15 then discharged.Just hired an attorney 2 days ago but they can’t tell me if I have warrant.They never gave me a ticket and I still have my license.

I was stopped for improper plates, the cop suspected I was under the influence and I was arrested, on my ticket it doesn’t state anywhere I was ever operating a vehicle, it only says I was a minor under the influence and had a bac of .02>.08

Question I want to ask I was already in my yard and out of the car and cop pulled me over or said he did I didn't take the test but he arrested me for a DWI hired attorney those charges were dropped but the judge a year later agreed with the DMV too suspension on my license my question is if the charges were dropped how can a judge still suspend your license

I was stopped for no reason and the cops thought I was drunk saying I looked suspicious I told them to give me a breathalyzer test and they denied so they told be to do the walking test and I passed it and they still took me in then I got jumped by 4 cops In jail because I said I didn’t wanna change my clothes in front of them and now going to court keep in mind that they searched my car and found nothing and still took me in

I currently have a dui for falling asleep at a stop light (mind you its 12 going on 1am)and there were so many fishy things done jus to make it stick. Wasn't speeding but hit me with reckless driving, had an open bottle in my car but never drank it, my friends reminded me I left it last time I was out wit them. And have me for resisting police testing for evidence even though I did the field test (barely even let me do it) and not 1 not 2 but 3 breathalyzer test (then refused the 4th bc they still couldn't get a reading) and from everyone I kno if they have any proof and evidence you stay the night at the station (not me tho 🤷🏿‍♂️) but for some odd reason they decided to call my bm send 3 squad cars to my house to wake her up to have her take me home ALL IN THE SAME NIGHT!

Mind you I'm driving from my friends to my house which is only 13miles away and only having 2 twisted teas in my system (not a drop of hard Alcohol). I'm a father to 2 Young boys no older than 4 and work 10-12hr shifts landscaping. There's a number of reasons I'd fall asleep at a stop light, hell cdl drivers fall asleep while on the turnpike.

I understand how the situation looks to most but looking at what didn't happen ;

-didn't damage mine or anyone else's property

-didn't cause harm to myself or anyone around me

-completely coherent and cooperative when they found me and tested me

I'm not saying I should get a slap on the wrist but gettin hit wit the book for a "woulda coulda" situation is beyond me

I was helping someone break up a fight at a parking lot when cops came, I got in my car and tried to reverse and one of the officers suspected me of being intoxicated.. he told me to get out the car and perform a sobriety test and arrested me for being over 0.08.. since I was never pulled over, is it a good chance for getting My case dismissed?
