I have multiple auto-immune disorders and issues with Vitamin D. I started a 6F lifestyle - and I haven't been ill in about 5-6 years since I started this:
1. Fresh food (I limit cooking and freezing foods to 1/4 of my daily food intake)
2. Fiber (minimum 30 grams of fiber - including both soluble and insoluble - one must increase 3-5 grams weekly until one is up to a minimum 30 g)
3. Fermented Foods
4. Fasting (intermittent fasting of at minimum 12:12 - allows blood sugar to stabilize)
5. Frequent Exercise (at least 3-4 times weekly of 30 minutes)
6. Filtered water (this is dependent upon where you live obviously)

I probably overdo it on the Vitamin D during the winter, but I live above the 52nd Latitude. Also, I take a multivitamin due to many food restrictions.

This was very informative, but I find there is so much to know about vitamins and supplements, I almost want to consult a dietician. I agree with proper diet, exercise, hydration, and sleep as the proper formula for optimum health. Great job, Dr. Karan. Keep them coming.

With how popular energy drinks are, I think people would love to hear all the ins and outs of the pros of the vitamins and cons of the effects of them, also, if you know anything about it, why does everyone seem to have a constant dry throat/cough since the pandemic

I agree with all except the Cold Showers(first you need to give more detail, like not using ice cold water and not going below 15celsius) and the benefits it's mostly temporary.

Boosting immunity is something I'm looking to do especially as some of my health issues necessary meds don't help it and want to help it wherever I can. At least I know I don't need supplements if I get a better diet aside from vitamin D.

and dont live overly clean.. not everything has to be clean and desinfected perfectly... let your kids play in the dirt, so they can develop a good immune system!
