This is part 3 of building the Hemingway kits Sensitive Knurling Tool, I am adding some tooling for the rotary table so that I can add the radiuses to the corners of the side plate and tool holder edges, then adding the radius, in part 3 I will be also using this same tooling to build the adjustment arms. Please leave me any comments or suggestions. I hope you find something interesting here.

Great minds... I'm doing the same thing setting up my 8" R/T for my "Marlco" build. I turned a stub 3MT with a 3/8-16 bottom thread and a 7/16" reamed top hole for custom locating pins. Top of 3MT stub is below R/T surface. Straight locating "curbs" will be clamped to table after first corner is located with a pin. I also use the 7/16 center hole to align R/T to mill spindle using a 7/16 dowel pin in a collet. Gets me close for non-critical work. Keep up the good work! Waiting for your next installment. Cheers!

Dan, nice setup on the rotary table. What size is the table 4”? I forgot to mention before, I like the New intro. Have a great day.
