If you are asking me whether you can use Ubuntu 13.10 beta 2, my answer would be that I do not see a reason why you cannot use it, even though I have not. From my understanding there should not be any difference between the two, because I believe that they are both shipped if not with the same, but close enough packages for you to be able to pull in most of the needed dependencies.

Good Day !!

I actually followed your tutorial from installation down here ..but in the installation process i have encountered some malfunctions so i tried doing other installation process ..
i am now going to do this face detection but then it doesn't work ..i think i still have broken packages on my computer ..what do you think ??

Could you provide me a link of where you got the Haar classifiers for mouth?Its not available in the data folder of OpenCV
