Lets see...an "arbitration" where one side did not agree to nor attend, resulting in an ignored "reward" with one side desperately trying to enforce while the other side is like what are you talking about and carrying on as usual. Well, 2 things..
1. Whatever that was, t'is not an arbitration. They really should call it something else. Heard Phills paid 30 million for the decision. Why not call it a paid bribe for the phillipines?
2. Seems everything is working as intended by "human" standard, nothing special.


On a more serious note Duterte is smart. He knew that third party "arbitration" was a failed show so now taking the long route of going back on building bilateral relations and eventually solve the issue bilaterally. Americans? Last I checked They still packing body bags back from the Middle East from their idiotic "freedom and democracy" wars and thats to say nothing of the death destruction and chaos that's still lingering for the locals. Deuterte is wise to avoid such ..wonderful people's "help" like the plague.
