good day, your lessons are very much appreciated. I am however having an issue with my steps, as the keep extending the number of steps I should be doing. at first it was 109steps, and it has now been extended to 118. i think part of my reason why I'm still stuck on step 54 and 24, 25 has somehow opened gaps. when i check your steps, they make sense, however, i have lost track and i do not see the extra ones that you have. please assist me
thank you

I'm glad you created a longer video with time markers as opposed to your previous short ones! Makes it nice and easy to follow. Thank you!

I got through this entire lesson without a single video assist...THAT is BECAUSE OF your great instruction and explanations on previous videos. You even gave me a couple suggestions on review with your feedback. Then I saw how we look things up on concepts sometimes so we better understand what we are trying to do. Was able to finish the Music Player as well without any more video assist, but guarantee I will be checking in at some point on future lessons. Thank you CodeManS for helping me so much...more will be revealed!!!

Hey My dude! I appreciate the hard work you've done with these videos, but i do want to say they updated this course recently, while the first half of the course is the same, the second half is pretty different, regardless, thank you for all that you do!

Ty, I have been fighting with a few of these steps since this came out and I always seem to just be making it harder than it really is.

56:07 step 38, which with the updated fCC is now step 43, for whatever reason, it will not accept this code. Original being result = result + "\n" + row. It's now result = result + row + "\n"
The example is still the same, and I'm struggling to understand why this works.

Step 24

In the last few steps, you learned all about working with arrays. Take a moment to review what you have learned.

Start by declaring a cities variable and initializing it as an array of the strings "London", "New York", and "Mumbai". Then log that variable to the console.

After logging, change the last element of cities to the string "Mexico City", then log the cities variable again.

When done correctly, you should see this output in the console. < thats what I have for step 24. I made a array let cities putting all four then did array[array.length - 1] and logged it and it doesn't pass. Please help if you can!

Hi there, nice video, very helpful but I have one question, in the step 87, why a +1 is required? I mean, why do you add it? is it because rows.length is empty on the first iteration?

Thanks!

Can we add a comment that says: WTF! The lessons have changed again. I don't have the math lesson using the ..#.. etc. for the 3 row example. The error feedback is useless. I keep trying hoping there is something that will make sense. My 25 minutes are done, so break time. On the other hand I appreciate your efforts to help us. oh. it is 06/16/2024 so Happy Father day!

I seem to get that lag too... either that or it just stops working entirely. I think they need to work them bugs out.

Step 12 is different now and it seems that it may be broken..
Step 12
Before moving forward, you should take a moment to review the concepts you have learned.

Use the let keyword to declare a profession variable and an age variable. Initialize profession with the string "teacher", but do not initialize age with any value.

Log both of your variables to the console to see the results.

My code: let profession = "teacher";
let age = ;
log.console(profession);
log.console(age);

Code doesn't pass: You should assign the string "teacher" to the profession variable.

Am I missing something?
