Until 3 years ago, Charlotte has lived an unconscious life where self-awareness wasn’t a part of her life, nor was this word part of her vocabulary. She decided to do something about it and became the captain of her own life, and has experienced on herself what it means to be self-aware, and how it can change a person’s life by simply being aware of how you think, what you say and how you perceive the outer as well as the inner world. She will share her ideas on the importance of self-awareness teaching in the education for children and teenagers, and how it may very much likely be life-changing. “Self awareness can change your life”

Charlotte is an international speaker and a teen & family coach who helps young people achieve great self esteem and give them strength and power from within to be able to face challenges in life. She also helps families with teens to create better communication within the family.

Self-awareness is more important than making other people aware...You need to alert yourself everytime you fall👍

I think she is doing her best. You get what you look for. There is an important message here. Thank you Charlotte.

Thanks Charlotte Mouyal. Knowing yourself means recognizing different parts of your identity, personality, and being. When you discover more about yourself, you will understand your strengths and weaknesses, your passions and fears, your desires and dreams, and knowing your purpose in life.

Excellent! As a researcher of self aware leadership I thought it was a great talk!

One good takeaway from this talk for me was the way we can expend so much relational energy that we do not have time to look inward and nurture our dreams or take action toward fulfilling them.

I wasn't sure if there was a language barrier or what in this speech. I kept waiting for her to say something that related to the speech but it felt like the speech and a message weren't there. I hate to be a harsh critic but I really was scratching my head on this one. It felt like she needs a speech coach maybe to help her get the message across or maybe she got stage fright & couldn't concentrate or maybe it was not well prepared.

BEST PART OF THE TALK>>>She says "its so important put on a confused face) *SCOFFS* ((she just scoffed at herself)) it has consequences if we don't create that self-awareness in ourselves that means you have to communicate with you child better, well that means you have to communicate with yourself better, so everything we do affects our children and teens and wether your a parent or not the same goes for you as well its the same thing you don't have to have children to create self awareness the only reason I'm saying this is because I work with teens and families so I know the consequences and I know the effect it has... and what a big impact it has on families. How many people knew the word self-awareness before tonight" DEFINITION: Self Awareness- the conscience knowledge of ones own character, feeling. "how many of you have worked with self-awareness? *nobody raises their hand* exactly my point... do yourself a favor and start looking into this. It doesn't mean you have to get the same education I did. it doesn't mean you have to get coaching, it dosen't mean you have to meditate it doesn't mean any.... theres no right or wrong way of doing it theres no correct way of doing it because we are all individuals and we all do it Seriously how did they let her

This talk didn’t do anything for me. It was long and drawn out and didn’t connect the stories to a coherent message. It was basic and had a lot of buzz words like self-awareness and role-model, but no deep substance. Not very meaningful, useful or helpful.

This was so tough to watch. It was like she had something else on her mind during the talk.

I was waiting for her to tell me how I could be "more productive, and confident, in a scope of just ONE DAY..." but, I must've missed it.

I don't get why people dont like the talk, she talks about her own story on how she became self-aware and helping others become self-aware

Everyone thinks they can talk emotively about their past and give a ted talk these days.

Distractions and discouragements will ruin you from improving your self-awareness.
