This should not be a radical position to have. "Women are not collective community property" shouldnt be a radical thought.

It should NOT be considered RADICAL, but logical.

As someone who works in healthcare, these bans on women's reproductive rights should be criminal.

This is the TRUTH!!!
It is so good to be heard, especially by the judiciary, to finally having it all said outloud!!!

Yeah, if the Supreme Court justices were so constitutional why are they ignoring the 3rd Amendment where it talks about privacy and body autonomy.

The right to bodily autonomy shouldn’t be considered even remotely close to “radical”!

... is it " radical" for men to " recognize" that women's decisions & right to self-determination facilitates " pursuit of happiness " ??? " Women are not collectively owned community property " - 🇺🇲⚖️🗽💙 USA 💙🦅🇺🇲

We probably should start working on funding a statue of Judge Burney. He has risen head and shoulders above the other judges in the country at every level.

👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
I really hope they have protection for that judge because these scary, terroristic thinkers are so dangerous I genuinely fear for him and his family for being brave enough to stand up to this tyranny.

They have all been watching too much of The Handmaiden's Tale and The Stepford Wives. They need to live in the real world. 😢VOTING BLUE ALL ACROSS THE BOARD. 💙🇺🇸💙🇺🇸💙🇺🇸💙🇺🇸

I am a man and I am a veteran and I agree with the judges decision and I am for women's rights to choose and I approve this message

and I am against a man who wants to control women and anyone else for that matter and in specific I'm against Trump's dictatorial ambition

“Collectively owned, community property.” - the entire rationale for allowing states to control a woman’s pregnancy. Thank you, Judge, for finally saying it.

I really wanted a child but I’m not putting myself in that position. I’m not willing to die for it when I don’t have to 🤷🏻

Women shouldn't have to lose their lives because they can't access the proper healthcare they need.
Lawmakers have no business playing Dr's.
Because they're not. They should be arrested for impersonating Dr's. 😢💔

It’s about time women’s bodily autonomy was recognized in such a way as this Judge has decided.
Bravo to sensibility.

Thank you, Judge McBurney, for seeing women, for believing in women, and for trusting us to do what's right for our own health and very lives! ♀️🌊♀️🌊♀️🌊♀️🌊
