my wilcoxon signed rank test has n=4 and it has no crit value in the crit val table but it has a p value... P-value it is????

Why is the area for a 1.22 cut off 0.111? On a Z table, the area for a 1.22 cut off is 0.8888, however, the area for NEGATIVE 1.22 ie -1.22 is 0.111. Can anyone clarify?
