I have like 7 interface but it just export 5 interface to mov, why? i tried it twice and it only 27 seconds when its like 35

I exported my animation, and even though I set it in 1080p, it exported in 240p and had a black border around the stage (Edit: I exported it in a MPEG4 format, if that helps)
