Most GMs are "relatively" bad at bullet. The GM title is earned in OTB chess on slower time controls.

I just found your channel after watching you vs Magnus Carlsen in a blitz game. I think he won and I've never played or watched chess or know anything about it but I've been nonstop watching your videos for going on 4 days now haha. Great commentating/analysis of stuff I'll never understand I guess maybe you have a lot of charisma but it's awesome to see how genuine you are bro and playing people in public a lot while being like one of the best ever. Speed chess is not chess, and blunders are not true blunders in speed chess.

Yes, Give top GMs 10 seconds to play and they will suck at chess. GM Hikaru is the best blitz player in the world, so he can comment on how much they suck in real time as the game unfolds.

GM Hikaru will also readily admit that he sucks at chess.
