No, not very good, very great.

From Seinfeld Season 3 Episode 7 'The Cafe': Noticing that few people stop to eat at a certain small neighborhood cafe, Jerry feels sorry for the owner and stops in to suggest ways of increasing business - which causes the restaurant to do even worse. Meanwhile, George agrees to take an I.Q. test as part of his girlfriend's research project and then fears she'll find out he's not as smart as he's been saying he is.

About Seinfeld:
Seinfeld stars Jerry Seinfeld as a stand-up comedian whose life in New York City is made even more chaotic by his quirky group of friends who join him in wrestling with life's most perplexing, yet often trivial questions. Often described as "a show about nothing," Seinfeld mines the humor in life's mundane situations like waiting in line, searching for a lost item, or the trials and tribulations of dating. Co-starring are Julia Louis-Dreyfus as Jerry's ex-girlfriend and current platonic pal, Elaine Benes; Jason Alexander as George Costanza, Jerry's neurotic hard-luck best friend; and Michael Richards as Jerry's eccentric neighbor, Kramer.

"smoking or non-smoking?" Proceeds to have both tables next to each other.

Ahh, the 90s.

That's the thing about these four. No matter how good their intentions are, everyone around them ends up suffering. 😂

Jerry gave him a good suggestion, Babu just never possess any marketing strategies to attract customers....👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

This show really just captures NYC, even to this day. Feeling bad and guilt for a restaurant that just opened up run by a pretty odd fella but a nice fella with like no business sense is just such a real thing to this day.

Can't really blame Jerry. The amount of customers he had was the same no matter what food he served.

3:40 Jerry standing next to statue of Alexander, thinking he is "great", juxtaposition at it's best😅

3:45 was one of the funniest scenes and bloopers on Seinfeld 😂😂 you can totally see Jerry trying not to laugh and even Babu cracked a smile when jerry said his name the second time lmao

Jerry complimenting himself in his own mind reminds me of another Seinfeld classic moment, Elaine not yelling at squirrels but rather politely saying Hey, get out of here

Fun Fact: In this episode, Kramer mentions a man wanting a jacket back that he left at his mother's place two years ago. In the preceding episode "The Parking Garage", Kramer tells the story of getting the jacket to George. In the subsequent episode, "The Tape", Kramer mentions the man again, saying he has been put in jail for mail fraud. Continuity at its finest!

Jerry is so special. How could anyone not like him?!?

To be fair Jerry did start off his suggestion with a disclaimer, and Babu is responsible for his own choices.

The irony is that if babu never changed his restaurant in the end all three of them would have had Italian, Mexican, or Chinese food

My favorite part in this episode is when when Babu hands Kramer a steaming hot towel and Kramer starts yelling in pain when he touches it lmao

Seinfeld at its best was always very cynical and dark without having to beat you over the head with 'edginess' or 'subverting expectations'. They did it in such a silly, goofy, matter-of-fact way that SO MANY people completely missed how pessimistic and satirical it was at its core. So unique.

It’s hilarious how in the final episode Babu goes to testify against Jerry for misplacing his visa renewal papers.
