@candybell357 your wrong, both are used to make your eye lashes look fuller. so, of you dip an EYE LINER brush into a MASCARA TUBE, then you basicly get more eye liner

put water on an angled brush or older eyeliner aplicator and dip in eyeshadow the color liner u want)...

I did this before but I figured it was too guetto so I went out and finally bought some liquid eyeliner....though the mascara is always the blackest pigment :p

so, you dont have liquid eyeliner, but you happen to have a liquid eyeliner brush and mascara, ? which probably comes to more than just buying the eyeliner and its more trouble....
