Bastila looks awesome! I'm super glad to have an old republic Jedi on the display. I passed on Malak since I've never been a huge fan of his design, but I'm really happy to have Bastila. A cool looking Jedi. The sabre hilt length makes sense. I mean you posed her wielding it comfortably in 2 hands. If it were shorter I doubt she could do it.

The yellow blades make a nice change from the usual blue, green or red. I know Jaina Solo and Mace have purple blades. We should get some orange blades with the dark Jedi from the new Ahsoka show.

Someone told me they fixed the dreadful Y-Jointed hips for this figure, that Aurra Sing had.

Nice review as always. Bastila Shan was the 1st video game character to make me look up a voice actor so I was pretty happy to see she would have a Black Series figure.

I think she leans into the still stuck-in-limbo KOTOR remake's design, but even her appearance differs in the original in-game model and official artwork. So I'm perfectly fine with this look and besides, this face also kinda resembles Satele from the Old Republic cinematic. Love that hers and Aayla's reused legs are so much more stable now. Great review!

Waiting for my bastilla to be delivered, should be here on Thursday, I recently got malak & malgus & maul gaming great, I think bastilla might top maul or maybe, malak & malgus a great too but my malgus has loosy goosy ankle joints but he stands, great review as always 👍

I think a lot of the extra detail that you don't see in the game comes from the still in development hell game remake. Some of it may also be from SWTOR as Bastila's Armor appears in the game. And Bastila's hilt is not long. Both Bastila and her descendent Satele use very long hilted double sabers. It's an element to the Old Republic stylings. Just like they have a lot of ornate etchings and metal work. Which you can just barely see on that lightsaber.

I don't have her myself, but I think they've done very well with the female heads in general over the past couple of years. heir feet are sometimes a little ... shall we say less cooperative. But that goes for some of the other figures as well.
