my personal theory is that early on the showcase of the prosthetic legs was a foreshadowing. Suletta won't die but it's very likely she's lose her legs and have to use the same gund-arm legs by the end (also showing that gund technology can be used for medical purpose)

I think in the climax of the next episode she will upload herself to the Calibarn data stream to defeat Prospera, which IMO would be even sadder than her just dying in a heroic way trying to save everyone.
