This episode Prospera finally makes sense to me.
She's obviously insane though she was pretty good at hiding it. Eri dying from exposure makes the whole turn into a moblie suit make sense. And how she interacts with Sulietta makes sense too. She only cares about Eri and Sulietta is just a tool. The only times she shows pride is when Suiletta is in Ariel.

Makes me think the end-game is just shoving Eri into Sulietta's body using Permet

I find it actually interesting that Elan Four got far better treatment than the original when Eri immediately recognized this wasn't the Elan Suletta trusted and liked.
