If it's just the breather box and the hoses you can probably expect about 2.5-3 hours of labor. If the oil pan is also clogged (which can be seen once disassembled) you'll want to tack another hour or 2 onto that estimate. Obviously cost and actual times would vary depending on the shop, but I hope that helps you out a little!

I am really interested in ordering this kit and doing the this job due to leaking oil from what I believe to be from "blow by". I took note to you stating that this causes pressure on the seals camshaft/crank. Do you believe that there may be a chance that my seals may be permanently damaged and have to be repaired? Also, can the issues above affect the turbo as well? Any information given will be highly appreciated, thank you!

been searching for PCV replacement proceedure on Volvo 5 cylinder models. Thinking about buying the PCV kit for the v70xc but want to know exactly what I am getting myself into by removing the intake manifold. Any info you can supply would be appreciated.

The black part you are holding doesn't show up well against a black shirt/sweater. Next time wear a lighter color.
