I swear I’m learning more about Apple from your shorts than from 7 years of working in Apple retail 😂 🍎

MOS and Mostek were two completely different companies! The latter was mostly a memory manufacturer.

I love this channel. Great nostalgic memories for me. Takes me back to a time when I was a kid and had my family. Thank you for posting these videos.

There were actually more mainstream cpu manufacturers at the time. Instead of just AMD and Intel making very similar CPUs, there was Zilog, MOS, Motorola, and Intel all making their own various models.

What could you actually do with these PCs?Besides games, what other features did they have?

What's rarely said is that ALL of the early 8bit PC chips were capable and powerful. Any of them could have become the dominant force in the industry.

I’m building a 6502 computer right now, I just have to finish my address decoding and some bus wiring and I’ll be ready to test it.
