so you're telling me the 6502 exists because some guys didn't want to move to Texas !? :oD Always funny to see how great things can come to life because of a glitch in the space continuum ;)

It was my first processor, many followed in the next 48 years.
What a brilliant story

6502 was the greatest. First was the Commodore Pet, then the Apple 2e, then on to the Atari 800.
The Atari was my favorite. Then found out that the NES also ran on it.
I spent a lot of time using that chip.

So uh, how much are they worth and where's a good place to find interested buyers?

Thank you! Having learned assembly language as teenager on the 6502, then moved on (back?) to mini-computers at work...then various RISC and CISC machines since... this filled in some missing questions about the 6502 that have nagged me from time to time.

Shouldn't you have changed that from " Stephen Edwards and Bill Mensch - The Genesis of the 6502 Microprocessor" To include the Ring Leader "Chuck Peddle, Stephen Edwards and Bill Mensch - The Genesis of the 6502 Microprocessor" ???

I love to listen to Bill. But honestly: never in my live I had to listen to more false and unemphatic 'oh interesting' and 'sounds good' comments. This was so distracting.
Why do you interview him, if you don't like his story?

I love when people are squelching when they talk. [facepalm]
