Man I have been waiting and waiting for this shot. I was curious how the mouth was doing since the draw down of the dams. Looks beautiful. Can't wait to see how it changes over the next few years and more and more sediment comes down to make an awesome estuary again. Please keep the coming so we can all see the transformation.

Great flight over the mouth of the Klamath River, its interesting to get a look into those water around the mouth where you could never access. Hoping to see a great white but not this time.

So many vid's of dam releases and rivers, had to search high and low for this one to answer the question: What does it actually look like at the river's mouth since some of the releases? Would be very interesting to see if some of the bars/beaches change this winter after higher flows now that all (4) dams have been removed!

Should we expect changes with the estuary with a couple years of sediment pulse, ala the Elwha, or will changes be minor and transitory?
