good ref good decision. didn't want to decide the game on a handball where he's clearly pulling his hand in from a natural position with his head turning the other way. we do not want to be calling silly handballs when there hands are in natural positions. I think refs in Europe have been getting better and have no complaints. They ARE the best in the world.
