I don't understand how a shot on goal being blocked by someone's arm or hand, intentional or not, is not a penalty. Cucarella's hand looked like it stopped a goal for Germany. That for me = penalty. You see the ball hit a players hand/arm in the box and the ball isn't going anywhere dangerous and it's given as a penalty. This was a shot blocked with a hand, but no ok bro. Stupid rules.

If A.Taylor was a good referee, he would have sent Tony Cros off with two yellow cards. He stepped on the foot of two Spanish players during the game. His tackles were out of order and would earn him some yellow cards.
