One of the best how-to videos I've seen - detailed, concise, w/no wasted talk. Thinking to attempt this myself.
As someone who's dealt with dropped tools/parts (in machines where it could be catastrophic if it fell/got jammed.. had thoughts of cellphone ringing as soon as I landed in St. Louis after a San Jose job - I spent about an hour finding a screw once), I've learned to put cardboard/piece of paper to catch screws.. could stuff a towel in that crack. I hate my slider. I purchased my house 3 years ago, we have an old steel single pane slider. The wheels hardly roll, the locks don’t work. Planning on changing mine out this weekend finally lol. Yours looks great!

This was a FANTASTIC video. We were quoted $3400 and that was supposed to be a steal! So we may try to tackle it ourselves, I LOVE that wood trim, on both sides!!!!

Nice work. You made it look very easy. For those attempting the project, get yourselves a torx bit to go into an impact driver if you need to remove screws like they had to. It will go faster and doubtful your driver will fall down a crack!
