To think that Frank is only on his first year managing on top top flight football (Derby is a decent team but not Chelsea level), and he's pulling standards up. We have one of the best if not the best academy in the world. The boys dominate games. Surely enough that results from the academy squads are enough proof that they at least deserve a chance to fight for first team. We had Lukaku (He's still a great striker nevertheless. Who knows if he might have been even better for us if he was given more chances) and Kevin De Bruyne (Just imagine, Eden Hazard and Kevin De Bruyne in one team.)

They have produced good footballers...it's ashame that football is a business and people suffer due to funding and what not...
Billy is and will be a role model for Scottish football.
