Wrost Service 👎I using nue go service since service started. They provide terrible service, don't wait even for 1 minute, it doesn't matter if their bus gets late by 1 hour. This is the first time I have requested to wait only 5 min. but they denied to wait for a minute. i waited for more than an hour many time. customer care clearly denied to reschedule journey & also denied for refund. When the customer is late, they don't listen and when their bus is late, they move away saying just sorry for the delayed.

from today i switched to other bus service. who are given value for customer.

Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

It’s best to avoid this bus operator and stick to operators who care about customer service and customer experience.

The bus conductor, the customer care team and the management all 3 are unreliable

Experience:-
Timeliness: the buses are rarely on time, they are further delayed extensively during charging (mid route bus needed to be recharged), charging which ideally should take 15-20 mins, sometimes goes to 2.5hrs due to bus pile up at charging station.

Conductor: Initially, the operator had a good team of trained conductors who were really professional, but this seems to have gone downhill fast with now a team of unprofessional rude hooligans.

Customer Support: Non existent.

Positivies: quiet ride

I am not sure having that quiet ride is worth all the other hassles one has to face with this operator.
