@trippcook Does not appear we do have one on here for the take apart. I will look into it and hopefully have it posted soon. Similar models are the Trophy, Incredible 2, and Freestyle. Take a look at those and you should have a pretty good idea.

If your pry tool has dulled then you can use a guitar pick or plastic card for better help. Make sure all 4 screws are taken out.

Thanks for the video. This might have just saved me a couple hundred dollars for a new phone, that i dont have. Im on my 2nd Arrive and the speakers are junk in these phones. 1st time my phone was out of warranty and Sprint charged me 150.00 bucks for a replacement. This new one now has a blown speaker just like the other one. I refuse to get taken by Sprint again.

I have an HTC desire A18183 (or something like that). This video has given me the jist and I will try to replace my speaker will died after i replaced a sim card!? don't know how that happend.

You can actually remove the back cover much more easily by sliding out the keyboard first. Underneath the latch end, toward the bottom of the phone, there is a little slot for you to place your finger/nail and pull.

wish u coulda told me dis booger has an unscrewable screw n da top left hand corner becuz dat particular screw doesnt have a a screw head... but s koo becuz now s n pieces thanks 4 da vid

Do you have one of these for the HTC Arrive screen? Is there another HTC phone screen video that's similar enough to the Arrive that I can use it?
