*VERY IMPORTANT* I forgot to show this in the video, you HAVE TO right click the top right side of the screen where you see the lines and click Alpha output then connect the line to the blue this allows the other characters background to be transparent.

When it doesnt work then go to the color tab and click "noodes" and click anywhere on this tab then click "add alpha output" and connect clip to this output. Hope this helps :)
