If you place an observer and an observer facing in different sides, you can create an infinity signal system

The rocket is very inconvenient beacause it can only fly to build height. Try a minecart in a TNT player cannon instead, it goes much higher!

for the tnt cannon I used a repeat command block and made it summon tnt and then I used barriers to aim it in one direction
