INSANE Work Ethic
1.Weekly Flood : one day out of every week, you should work longer and harder than any of the others
2.The plus 1 routine : It's not about only fast but also quality, Each time you are finishing a project, challenge yourself to add one more thing, start ur work to meet expectations then push your work one step further
3. Creation vs Critique : separate them as much as you can
4.Productive Diversions : eg. you're studying for a test, Tv becomes way more appealing > these kind of distractions destroy your motivation and derail your productive trains of thought >> don't give your mind to ruin that, focus on something else that's still productive like if you're studing jump to another chapter or change ur mothod like using flash cards instead of reading ur notes
