The amount of time it takes may be to do with the amount of load on the servers too depending on the time of day or day of the week. Would be a fairer test if you did both simultaneously on two computers, maybe try getting a friend in the US to do it too.

This is due to the location of the GPU servers which are gonna be mostly located in the US. You can also observe this when you visit a site whose servers as located in a different country. The locals will get faster response times compared to people who are thpusands of miles away. If the GPU servers were located in India, Indians would get faster response times than the US

Yes Umesh. The reason is because the request go through fiber optics command back through oceans to servers based in USA and then the result comes back. So this data travel time makes requests slower. Because of Ping created in online delay. So even if the speed is 1Mbps or 1000MBPS it will take similar time. This is similar to delay in gaming commands.
