Only just stumbled onto this channel but certainly makes me feel more sane. The culture of ice baths and male posturing has infected the comedy-podcast world. Certainly nothing wrong with trying to lead a healthy lifestyle but we dont need comedians telling us to be more like David Goggins. I listen to podcasts whilst doing my mundane job as a form of escapism - I dont need to be told the best regime to improve my performance when I come out of a 2 hour teams meeting. I want to hear about why animal hybrids are running the media and why caffeine is used as a mind control drug.

Also, I love how Joe usually has to pause the episode to pee and continue the conversation but as soon as he checked out he went to piss and left the episode running so it’d end faster 😂
