Most Indonesian food n drink must mix/stir first before you eat or drink them, some soup like bakso must add some salt, kecap manis and red sauce (not spicy like sambal)

3:45 Gorengan Mantan. Gorengan ist einfach die Bezeichnung für die frittierten Sachen wie Bananen, Tofus, Manioks und Süßkartoffeln. Mantan bedeutet Ex-Freund(in)

Indonesia has more banana variant, but some of em usually used for making fried banana. The variant that i know is kepok banana, raja/king banana, horn/tanduk banana, uli banana, nangka banana.

itu es cendol hijau.. harus nya santan, palm sugar nya di aduk/ mix dulu.. karena biasa nya santan di taruh lebih dulu, sedang palm sugar di tuang di atas.. harus nya pedagang nya memberi tahu untuk di aduk sebelum di minum..

20:36 it is not green bean, it's mung bean. people mistake this all the time because in literal translation from indonesian is "green bean".

and i'm sorry for lara's having a hard time finding vegetarian food. but there are plenty of food you can always just ask for no meat.
indonesian people also tend to have inconsistency when it comes to street food (especially foreign food serving) so please don't gave your hopes up and keep looking for the ones to your suitting. great compo thanks for sharing!

Vegetarian food for Lara: gado gado, karedok, lotek, tempe bacem, gulai tahu, nasi lengko, mendoan (deep fried Tempe with seasoned batter) and still a lot of it i can't remember now. All of those is without meet or eggs, so it's basically vegan
