Kya hum bol sakte hai ki jitna edges hai, utna hi number of electrons hoga, aur aagar + charge hai to ek electrons hatana hai aur - charge, ek charge ko add karni hai? Plz someone help with this doubt of mine

No sir but this doesn't always works as you see in cyclopropene with positive and negative charge the positive one is anti aromatic yet have odd pair of electron that is 1 and negative one has even pair of electron yet aromatic please provide trick which don't have limitations
