Update:
Well I'll be damned.... The scaling was the culprit 100% . My registry Foreground lockout was at by default so we were all good there. Seriously can't thank you enough, this has been PLAGUING ME FOR MONTHS!!!! I love you

If u using razer keyboard, try enable gaming mode and disable the windows key. It works for me

Tried everything and nothing worked, downgraded to windows 10 and now it's fine

Man it's NOT fixing on my end. Valorant stills keeps on minimizing randomly. Tried updating windows, GPU, no virus, and all the method above but to no avail. I don't know what to do. Played LOL same PC but I don't get the same behavior but sometimes the keyboard does not work consistently. I'm frustrated. T_T
